She obtained a BSc in management engineering and started double major in mechanical engineering (system dynamics and control). She had MSc in Defense Technologies Strategy Management. She studied PhD in industrial engineering about multiagent scheduling problems for weighted jobs under deteriorating, shortening, learning and ageing affects. She is a PhD student in the same field at Cleveland State University of OH. For a while she worked as academician. Then she decided to leave academic career in order to transfer her knowledge to business field. She started as a planning manager and continued to manage implementation of ERP projects for companies having different production technologies. Recently, she works for MCM Defence Industry Ltd, one of the approved suppliers of ASELSAN, ROKETSAN, TUBİTAK SAGE and STM. She is carrying out two different projects in the company. One of the projects is about data mining with artificial neural networks to determine time-dependent and independent factors affecting the casting quality of aluminum alloys; and optimizing the parameter values to obtain casted parts with Grade B and upper quality level. The other project is about developing a dynamic production planning software to meet the requirements of AS 9100 quality management system, which will become a mandatory within 2 years for all of the companies working in aviation, aerospace and defense industries. The project is carried out in partnership with a firm experienced in software development for the defense industry.
